Knowledge Mobilization and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Mobilization and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the University of Toronto. This is a 1-year, 80% FTE position that will play a critical role in communications and events planning, evidence review and knowledge synthesis, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communications strategies to promote our research and initiatives.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to inform our research and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and community partners.
- Bachelor's degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of relevant administrative, communications, and research experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communications software.
- Experience updating WordPress websites.
- Expertise in environmental sustainability and healthcare.
