Knowledge Mobilization and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Mobilization and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our climate and health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics and activities for meetings and events, including seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform our initiatives and develop knowledge translation resources.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including academics, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum four years of experience in administrative, communications, and research roles, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communications software.
