Knowledge Mobilization and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of knowledge mobilization strategies, as well as providing administrative support to our research projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement knowledge mobilization plans to disseminate research findings to various stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to research projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing databases
- Collaborate with researchers and other team members to develop and implement research projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and community organizations
- Provide technical support for research projects, including data analysis and visualization
- Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess the impact of knowledge mobilization efforts
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, public health, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field, including experience in knowledge mobilization, research administration, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
