Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Mr. Sub, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and delivery of food
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
