Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pitalite Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food preparation methods and menu pricing
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Work Setting:
