Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Pitalite Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
