Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Pitalite Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they meet the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
