Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SANKALP RESTAURANT. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff schedules and rotas to ensure seamless delivery of service
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, food safety, and customer service procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor sales performance and develop plans to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
