PPME is in search of a committed and proficient Project Manager with experience in multi-level residential developments (MUST HAVE) who is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional, sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multi-level residential construction projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as an owner's representative, facilitating communication with municipal and governmental bodies to ensure compliance and effective project execution.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within the specified scope, and within budget.
  • Manage all facets of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications:
  • (MUST HAVE) Experience in multi-level residential construction.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as an owner's representative with municipal and governmental entities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering projects under funding constraints and expedited timelines.
  • Experience on sites requiring BC Energy Step Code 4 or higher.
  • Execution of LEED-certified projects with a Gold rating or above.
