About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Sultan Construction Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing land survey and construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate land survey and construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Conduct research and analysis to determine project requirements and develop construction specifications and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and other team members to ensure project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Evaluate and recommend construction materials and methods to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, and support the recruitment of newcomers and refugees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in land survey and construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
