As a Construction Project Coordinator at CASMAN, you will engage in all phases of construction, from the bidding process to project completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, are essential.

Candidates should possess formal training in construction and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications, developing schedules, comprehending construction contracts, and managing document flow among contractors, consultants, and owners. Familiarity with scopes of work and adherence to safety practices are crucial, as is proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office applications. This role requires comfort and familiarity with active construction environments.

Local candidates are preferred.

Applicants should have 2-4 years of formal post-secondary education in fields such as Construction Engineering, Building Technology, Architectural Design, or Interior Design.
