We are currently in search of a Paver Operator or Screedman to enhance our Kelowna Paving division for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with the operation of paving machinery, ensuring the quality and evenness of asphalt surfaces, while collaborating effectively with the paving crew to achieve project completion in a timely and safe manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in paving operations
  • A strong commitment to fostering a zero-injury work culture
  • A positive mindset coupled with a robust work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and safely within a team setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Capability to perform in varying weather conditions and adapt to shifting project requirements
  • Consistent adherence to safety protocols

This role is situated in Kelowna, BC, with a preference for local candidates.

We offer competitive union wages and benefits, with an hourly rate ranging from $34 to $41.
