Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paver Operator to join our Kelowna Paving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating paving machines, ensuring the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces, and working collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate paving machines to ensure high-quality asphalt surfaces
  • Collaborate with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently and safely
  • Uphold a commitment to developing a zero-injury culture
  • Work effectively and safely in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Adapt to changing project demands and work in various weather conditions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of paving experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • Union wages and benefits
  • Hourly wage: $34-$41/hr
