We are currently in search of a Paver Operator or Screedman to enhance our Kelowna Paving division for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate will take charge of operating paving machinery, guaranteeing the quality and evenness of asphalt surfaces, while collaborating effectively with the paving crew to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in paving operations
  • A steadfast commitment to fostering a zero-injury work culture
  • A positive demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively and safely within a team setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
  • A valid driver's license along with a clean driving history
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Consistent adherence to safety protocols

This role is based in Kelowna, BC, with a preference for local candidates.

Union Wages and Benefits – hourly compensation ranges from $34 to $41.
