About the Role

The Executive Director will play a key role in the success of Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, working closely with the Artistic Director to set a collaborative tone and empower the team to contribute to the organization's overall success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the world of theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Lead and manage a team of employees and volunteers
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the theatre

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the arts or non-profit sector
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
