We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cream Pony Restaurant Inc.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a noisy restaurant environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. The successful candidate will be a team player with flexibility and excellent oral communication skills.
