Sales Team Lead

Hollander Motor Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize payments, and resolve issues related to supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are optimal and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
