Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and maintain an efficient inventory system.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales team is working effectively.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Capacity to provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
- Facilitation of access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Permanent employment with Holland Motor Hotel.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours of work per week.
