Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Mentorship: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Cultural Competency: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Training: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Elder Support: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
