Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding our Managed Services customers and ensuring their success with our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding
    • Develop and implement onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our Managed Services.
    • Provide training and support to customers on our software products and services.
    • Establish strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor to their teams.
    • Monitor customer success and provide regular check-ins to ensure they are achieving their goals.
  • Customer Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong communication channels with customers, including regular email updates and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, engineering).
    • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure and networking equipment.
