Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Head of Marketing Strategy to oversee our marketing department, drive initiatives centered on channel partnerships, enhance growth throughout the customer journey, and broaden our market footprint.

Position Summary: As the Head of Marketing Strategy, you will lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong focus on supporting the acquisition and expansion of channel partnerships while improving client retention. Collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams is essential to foster revenue growth and increase brand visibility in the marketplace. Your proficiency in channel marketing, complete lifecycle marketing, and demand generation will be critical in meeting our business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in channel marketing, partner enablement, and demand generation within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • In-depth understanding of channel partner dynamics and a proven history of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness related to revenue.
  • Experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, evidenced by success in building and nurturing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic oversight across the entire customer journey: Analyze and optimize each phase to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Channel marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Identify target partner segments and customize marketing programs to encourage engagement and revenue generation.
  • Performance monitoring and management: Set metrics and KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness, regularly analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partner engagement and revenue contributions.
  • Demand generation, content, and community: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to stimulate demand, enhance lead flow through all channels, and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.
  • Full lifecycle marketing: Collaborate with the retention team and lifecycle marketer to strategize and enhance activation and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop strategies that differentiate channel marketing approaches. Conduct regular market research to understand partner needs, challenges, and purchasing behavior.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
