We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Marketing Leader to join our team at Alexander Mann Solutions. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth and elevating our competitive position in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our Talent Acquisition solutions to the Banking sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, and Product Development, to unify the market narrative and amplify our strategy.
- Document the Ideal Client Profile for each AMS solution, aligned to the Account Based Marketing (ABM) account segmentation model.
- Work closely with the analyst team to elevate AMS market and competitive position through thought leadership content and industry events.
- Establish sales playbooks and support quarterly webinars to strategic partners to deliver the value proposition and proof points.
- Develop and maintain a keen understanding of each client segment and their needs, and partner closely with Sales and Client Success implementation to represent the voice of the client in the feedback loop to product development.
- Proven experience in product marketing and strategy, with a strong understanding of the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to think agilely and adapt to changing market conditions.
