Position Overview: Head of Marketing Strategy at QuadReal
Based in Toronto, the Head of Marketing Strategy will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations. This pivotal role is centered on amplifying the growth and visibility of QuadReal's brand as a premier self-performing residential and condominium developer. The individual will spearhead the launch of new condominium projects within a varied real estate portfolio across Canada.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing Strategy will assume full responsibility for project rollouts and ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to established scope, timelines, and financial parameters. This encompasses the creation of a wide array of marketing materials, including promotional content, sales presentations, social media campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement impactful marketing strategies to boost sales, profitability, and brand recognition.
  • Ensure the quality and punctuality of site-specific marketing plans, overseeing scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop innovative marketing initiatives to enhance the success of the QuadReal brand while maintaining cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the SVP to manage project marketing budgets and liaise with advertising agencies as necessary.
  • Oversee the design and execution of sales and presentation centers for new developments.
  • Direct marketing and communication strategies to optimize customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of various marketing channels to elevate brand awareness and demand.
  • Leverage CRM tools to refine marketing campaigns and enhance sales outcomes.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure consistent customer communications throughout the Customer Journey.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in builder/developer or brokerage roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in marketing for residential real estate and condominium development.
  • Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Exceptional organizational, creative, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
