Position Summary: As the Senior Marketing Director, you will lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong emphasis on acquiring and nurturing channel partnerships while improving client retention. Collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams is essential for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in the marketplace. Your proficiency in channel marketing, complete lifecycle marketing, and demand generation will be vital in meeting our organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in channel marketing, partner enablement, and demand generation within the financial services or fintech domain.
  • In-depth understanding of channel partner dynamics and a proven history of driving revenue growth through channel collaborations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness in relation to revenue.
  • Experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, evidenced by success in building and nurturing high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic oversight across the entire funnel: Analyze and enhance each phase of the customer journey to improve conversion rates and stimulate revenue growth.
  • Channel marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Identify target partner segments and customize marketing programs to drive engagement and revenue generation.
  • Performance tracking and management: Set metrics and KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness, regularly analyze performance, identify improvement areas, optimize partner engagement, and revenue contributions.
  • Demand generation, content, and community: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, enhance lead flow through all channels, and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel.
  • Full lifecycle marketing: Collaborate with the retention team and lifecycle marketer to strategize and enhance activation and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop strategies that differentiate channel marketing approaches. Conduct regular market research to understand partner needs, challenges, and purchasing behaviors.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
