Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, to meet project deadlines.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including training and supervising workers on WHMIS and other safety protocols.
  • Leadership: Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Leadership for Safety Excellence course, WHMIS Certificate, and a valid driver's license.
