About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and projects
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
  • Project Coordination
    • Prepare and coordinate production and other reports
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers
    • Recommend personnel actions and decisions
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications
    • Hold a valid driver's licence and possess a valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
    • Have completed a Leadership for Safety Excellence course

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's licence
