About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and project teams
    • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
    • Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and enforced
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as construction management or a related trade
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Valid driver's license
    • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
