Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors and managers.
  • Supervise workers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Prepare production and other reports, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure quality control.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Leadership for Safety Excellence course and WHMIS Certificate.
Benefits

  • 35 to 50 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
