Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. This is a temporary position that requires a strong background in construction management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: A certificate or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Work Site Environment: The successful candidate will be working in a noisy construction environment.
  • Tasks: The Construction Site Foreman/Woman will be responsible for preparing production reports, coordinating activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A Leadership for Safety Excellence course and a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate are required.
  • Industry Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Benefits: The successful candidate will be eligible for a dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and a pension plan.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required.
