About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized regularly.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
