About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KAR Foods Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to company standards.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stocking and Inventory
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with food and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
