About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Big Bear Donair Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet our high standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
