About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KAR Foods Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food to meet customer expectations.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and handle and store cleaning products in a responsible and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
