Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring, training, and interviewing
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
