Position Overview

The assistant store manager works under the guidance of the store manager, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and positive interactions. To drive the store's success, you will lead and mentor the team to meet sales and profitability targets. Your responsibilities will also include involvement in recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and professional development. Adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and schedules is crucial for your success.
Daily Responsibilities
- Ensure the store aligns with company goals and adheres to key performance metrics.
- Oversee store operations by effectively managing tasks related to company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Contribute to the recruitment, management, development, and training of passionate candidates focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Execute marketing initiatives while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting environment that encourages customer engagement.
- Establish clear and effective communication with the store manager and district manager.
Qualifications
Desired Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles within a customer-centric environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve outstanding sales performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Additional Information
What We Offer:
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
- Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
