Your Role as Assistant Store Manager

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Your responsibilities include leading and guiding your team to achieve sales and profitability goals. You'll also contribute to recruitment, performance management, training, and development initiatives.

What You'll Do Daily

  • Ensure the store consistently meets company objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Effectively manage daily tasks, including company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to recruiting, managing, developing, and training a team of passionate individuals dedicated to sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Implement marketing strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement.
  • Establish open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • One to two years of team leadership experience or supervisory role in a customer-focused setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through exceptional sales results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate. Post-secondary studies are an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
