Process Improvement Manager

Job Title: Process Improvement Manager
Company: Barry Callebaut
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with operational teams to pinpoint enhancement prospects and mentor staff on optimizing workflows.
- Partner with production personnel to resolve persistent customer issues and streamline operations.
- Guide teams in executing ongoing process enhancement projects.
- Design tools and performance indicators to guarantee achievement of objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Assist and partake in initiatives to uphold quality benchmarks.
- Oversee and utilize improvement methodologies such as 5S, 8 Step, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow experts within the organization.
- Compile and present pertinent reports and data to management and teams.
- Demonstrate leadership and support Continuous Improvement and Production objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and employee welfare regulations.
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Continuous Improvement methodologies
- 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma
- Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Value Stream Mapping expertise
- Proficient in specialized software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in fast-paced and evolving environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with Six Sigma certification
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the food sector
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in Change Management and Project Management
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous
