- Engage with operational teams to pinpoint enhancement possibilities and mentor staff on optimizing workflows.
- Partner with production personnel to resolve persistent customer feedback and standardize operational procedures.
- Guide teams in executing ongoing process enhancement projects.
- Design and implement tools and performance indicators to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Assist and partake in initiatives to uphold quality benchmarks.
- Oversee and manage improvement methodologies such as 5S, 8 Step, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow specialists within the organization.
- Compile and disseminate pertinent reports and analytics to management and teams.
- Exemplify leadership and support Continuous Improvement and Production objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and employee safety regulations.
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Background in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping.
- Skilled in specialized software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with Six Sigma certification.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the food sector.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience in Change Management and Project Management.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of SAP software is advantageous.
