Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with frontline staff to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for increased efficiency.
  • Work with production teams to eliminate recurring customer complaints and operational errors, and standardize processes to achieve first-time yields.
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to drive business results.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
  • Support the implementation of quality standards and ensure compliance with food and employee safety policies and procedures.

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and process excellence in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with a focus on Six Sigma or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Autonomy and a strong spirit of initiative, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
