We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and develop frontline staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to work more efficiently.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve problems and issues that impact production and quality.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, including Six Sigma experience.
- Experience: Three to five years' experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in process improvement and continuous learning.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
