About the Role

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing executive-level HR leadership, aligning our strategic vision with HR initiatives, and influencing various activities across the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, workforce development, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to executives on HR matters
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve HR processes and systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in leading and building teams
  • Proven expertise in building credibility for the value of strategic human resources leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates holding a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL or CHRE) designation or Master's in Industrial Relations (MIR) are preferred.
