Job Summary

Award-winning AWIN Group of Dealerships is seeking a highly skilled Lease Portfolio Manager to join their team. As a key member of the dealership's sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the lease renewal portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient processing of lease returns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the lease renewal portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient processing of lease returns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team targets for lease renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of lease renewal processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve lease renewal processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
