Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team at Starlight Investments. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our office portfolio across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, brokers, and property managers
  • Lease Negotiation and Administration
    • Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and brokers
    • Prepare and review lease documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Portfolio Management
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive leasing activity
    • Monitor and analyze leasing performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the asset management team to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform leasing decisions

Requirements

  • Education
    • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • Experience
