Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and manage engineering and automation projects, ensuring they align with budgets, schedules, and technical standards. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, providing technical direction, and fostering client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Review Requests for Quotations (RFQs), analyze specifications, and assist with writing technical proposals, including scope, schedules, and clarifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet proposal commitments, improve processes, and participate in post-project reviews.
  • Offer general technical support to teams and manage vendor identification, vetting, and quality validation.
  • Oversee the creation and coordination of project-related documentation, including product, operation, and safety manuals.
  • Develop and implement standardized training programs and installation playbooks for operator, engineering, and maintenance levels.
  • Create and manage procedures for warranty claims, including client communication protocols and policy refinement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Managerial role is required.
  • Experience working in a similar field is required.
  • Ability to obtain a clean driver's abstract is a must.
