Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Construction Contract Administration team on major infrastructure construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction and experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to $50 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and exercise administrative authority over the construction contract administration team.
  • Control contract administration resources and activities in the oversight of construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and plans for various elements of a project.
  • Develop and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
  • Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
  • Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering related technical/business field.
  • 10+ years of related engineering management experience on large-scale programs.
  • Professional registration with PEO.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and project management certification requirements.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
  • Ability to meet customer security requirements.
