Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration projects, including scoping, estimating, and project planning
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are completed within budget
  • Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and insurance companies to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise a team of restoration professionals, including technicians and estimators
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and insurance companies to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restoration industry
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building construction and relevant codes
  • Proficiency with Xactimate - LEVEL 1, 2 or 3 IS A MUST
  • Proven experience in planning and monitoring project budgets
  • Valid driver's license - FULL G
  • Clean criminal record
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
