Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in data analytics, data warehousing, and data integration within an agile framework.
  • Proficient in utilizing Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Python, Synapse/SQL Server, Analytics Zone, Azure Scheduler, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, profiling, cleansing, wrangling, and validation.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing data quality checks and crafting complex SQL queries.
  • Involved in large-scale Enterprise Data Lake ingestion and extraction initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management principles, including metadata modeling and definition writing.
  • Solid grasp of data security classifications and risk assessment guidelines.
  • Experience in analyzing and estimating system applications within a comprehensive integrated solution environment.
  • Proven track record in all phases of automated system implementation for complex solutions, including both online and batch transaction processing.
  • Demonstrated ability in sprint facilitation, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and leading project review meetings.
  • Experience in supporting legacy systems such as Mainframe and other on-premises applications, as well as migrating legacy solutions using commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Conduct current state analysis through reverse engineering to identify source and downstream systems.
  • Experience in feasibility analysis, project scoping, and providing project work estimates.
  • Involvement in requirements development, including elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation.
  • Skilled in documenting user stories, managing product backlogs, planning sprints, and implementing projects iteratively.
  • Hands-on experience in capturing data lineage and mapping data between source and target systems.
  • Experience in production support to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Preferred certifications include AZ-900 and DP-900.
