Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge data solutions that drive real impact for our clients. You'll work closely with top-tier professionals to craft tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, to understand project data needs and define project scope.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines that adhere to ETL principles and business goals, utilizing Python and SQL.
  • Maintain enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake preferred but not required).
  • Build analytic products in the form of presentations, data outputs, system integrations, business intelligence platforms, and AI outputs.
  • Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of code, queries, and data engineering processes (Git Management, SOP creation, Requirement Maintenance).

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' of hands-on practical experience with a minimum of 2 years' of experience in ETL processing to be used for data analysis and modeling.
  • Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in Python and SQL is a must.
  • Experience working with clickstream data sets and data lakes is a must.
  • Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau.

  • Post-secondary education in computer science.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge in database design and management.
