We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Analytics team as a Data Solutions Analyst. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the big data revolution, guiding marketing strategies for our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, to understand project data needs and define project scope.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines that adhere to ETL principles and business goals, utilizing Python and SQL.
  • Maintain and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions, with a preference for Snowflake.
  • Build and deliver high-quality analytic products, including presentations, data outputs, system integrations, business intelligence platforms, and AI outputs.
  • Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of code, queries, and data engineering processes, utilizing Git Management and SOP creation.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on practical experience in data analysis and modeling, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ETL processing.
  • Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in Python and SQL.
  • Experience working with clickstream data sets and data lakes.
  • Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau.
Bonus Points:
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Post-secondary education in computer science.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge in database design and management.
