Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities within our restaurant. Your leadership will ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience; training will be provided.
This position is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding kitchen operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
